4. Tom Herman (great resume but apparently was hated in Austin. Dude can recruit though and is a very good offensive mind)

5. Wilcox (not exciting but has great coaching connections on the WC. It could make the most sense with Cohen deciding to essentially punt a big hire to the next AD).

Wilcox may be #2 on the current AD's list if she can't get the #1 option.

I was okay with the idea of Herman until I saw a video of him talking. He might have a high FB IQ but he sounds like a country bumpkin. I doubt he wants to come to a city that has fewer rib joints than Lake has wins.

If it’s any of those, it will be Wilcox. Cohen hiring Lake with no real search indicates the lazy hire will be the actual hire.

I 100% figured it was just trolling. Would love to be wrong so we don’t just hire Wilcox, and keep Gregory and Adam’s as coordinators.
