The dazzler's mythical law degree taught him that a woman has a super constitutional right to off a baby in the 8th month because the mother is bummed out. It's right there in the Constitution under the emanation and penumbra clause. But the 2A doesn't apply to US citizens unless they are in a state recognized militia according to leftards. The people's right is explicitly to keep and bear arms. It isn't limited to hunting or being in a state militia. The right attaches to all people.

A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.
