My parents sent five kids to 12 years each of Catholic school. The privilege I enjoyed was having two parents who cared for their kids education. Two parents who volunteered to make up for the inability to pay full tuition. Two parents who took away sports when grades suffered. Two parents who were thrilled to see the first in their families graduate from college.
Handing in your homework on time. Waiting to get married before having children. All "white" privilege.
It's really the most racist crap I've ever seen. Think about what it's really saying about black people. You might as well let the Klan define black people.

If anyone needed confirmation that our school system and its employees are teaching our children to be racist and hate Americans and our country, these examples are it. Those signs would have never made it past the cheerleader supervisor in my High School.

Our high school cheers were not nice.
And that was 40 years ago.
Its not the niceness in question, its the message and its racial content. I have never seen that sanctioned before by adults.
