I think you serve as a good example of the fact that it’s not stupidity that prevents people from voting.RaceBannon said:Imagine being too stupid to vote

Bullshit article from 15 years ago?
I can tell you the rate in my experience is just as high as any other race. I've asked many thousands of people for ID. I asked them from '87 to 2016 so I know more than your fake Democrat start.
Illegal aliens have ID.
The Dewey, Cheatem and Howe school of law has done you well.
I doubt you have an ID or a bar card. They don't let you keep them inside. -
You got a link to several studies.Sledog said:Bullshit article from 15 years ago?

Again, whether it be minorities or the elderly you think Google is beyond them. I said my mom is 80 and gets her ID renewed on line. I didn’t help her with that. She figured it out all on her own. So could your dad, I’m sure. Jesus God, always with the lowered expectations.HHusky said:
But you are making my point. Yes, some people have that family support. Some don’t. Anyway, he’s in Washington, so he gets to vote like a John Bircher without hassle.theknowledge said:
My 80yo mom gets her ID on line. It’s not hard. Maybe help your dad get his. He’s in the system. You could do it with him on your phone, but you don’t want him voting anyway so…HHusky said:
Millions of US citizens do not have an acceptable voter ID. Doesn’t mean none of them ever had an ID at one time. But why does my Korean War veteran father need a current ID? He doesn’t drive, travel, write checks or get carded at the tavern.theknowledge said:
If you're living and working here without going through legal channels then you are correct, not everyone has an ID. The guys from Ecuador I built horse fences with 20 years ago didn't have ID. I did. We all made the same money except they were paid under the table I was forced to get a paycheck. The boss had to have some legitimate employees and I really needed a job. No complaints from me. That's life. I voted, they didn't. They weren't legitimate citizens. They could have been if they wanted to but then they'd have to pay yucky taxes and stuff.HHusky said:
Some people don’t have an ID. That is simply true.theknowledge said:Who doesn't have a fucking ID? Everyone who grows up in the United States has an ID. Everyone, regardless of race or social class. WTF?? Take a day off work, show your ID, take your "I voted" card back to your employer, they pay you for the day and the government reimburses your employer for the day you took off. Get up early, stand in line, vote and get paid. Why is this so hard?
Given that voter ID is a solution in search of a problem, the cynicism of the GOP is really quite obvious.
I don’t think he should vote anymore, but I bet some of you approve of his politics.
These GOP suppression schemes are very much a product of known demographics regarding who is less likely to have valid ID. There are plenty of studies and surveys on the topic. If those demographics voted Republican, there would be no voter ID laws. -

What’s the real percentage, Sled?
Then link OAN’s or gatewaypundit’s study. What’s the real number?
And that’s not to ignore the non existence of the problem ID is supposed to solve:

And yet in nearly every state that has passed voter ID laws the number of black voters increased.HHusky said:

WGAF about who does or does not have ID
Every one has the right to vote, if they can't figure out how to exercise that right it usually means good things, like not voting.

If you can't get an ID then you are too dumb to vote. Shocker.....super dumb and lazy people are Dems for the most part.HHusky said:
