If this actually happened, then the Q theory could hold. The ones the most ardent Q followers hold near and dear - the loss of comms before marshal law. The idea that everything corrupt and unlawful will becomes good and right again.

My kids lose their mind going through bad cell coverage with no internet. They'd be stark raving lunatics if Cho Bai Den shut down the internet.

So, sure, shut it down for a day and see what kind of violent anti-authoritarian protests occur. Way to alienate another segment of the base, Cho.

Maybe Cho Bai Den will end up being the Great Uniter just through his never ending stupidity.
