There isn't a single west coast team that would hire Urbs. You actually have to have football as a priority to make that happen. There's no way the University has the balls to handle the protests by the "woke" student body.

I don’t think it’s as big of deal as you make it. USC or Oregon could hire Urban. There will be some backlash anywhere he goes and it will be on a national level.
