Issues that will come to light once Lake is fired

  • His hands were tied with his staff choices because Cohen wasn't willing to pay top dollar. So that's why Lake was stuck with with John Donovan as OC and "Bob "shoulda been fired after 2019 at the latest" Gregory as DC.
  • UW's administration was asleep at the wheel on NIL Legislation and that's why we were getting our asses kicked in recruiting by Ohio State and Oregon
  • Only playing 4 games in 2020 really made it tough this season
  • The strict Covid restrictions in Seattle/King County made it tough to get in full-scale workouts and conditioning during the offseason
  • Jimmy really wanted to play Sam and felt it would make the team better, but Damon wanted to hold him out this season because the OL was unsettled
  • Said the staff was really pointing to 2022 and next season had a chance to be "special" when it was all said and done

I’ve already heard from casual doog coworkers that last season doesn’t count for anything because Covid.

Anything about how players like JTT and Emeka were just not OKG and Jimmy knew he'd find some 2 star kids that will be better?

By "casual doog coworkers," are you meaning 81% of the posters here?

Tell me you have no clue without saying “I have no clue.”

    Aren't we paying Donavan $800,000 a year?

I believe we have the highest paid pool of assistants in the conference.

It’s not huge money in the CFB world, but it’s enough to get just about any OC from a lower level.

You could even hire FCS and lower head coaches for that kind of money.

I honestly wonder if JD realizes how shitty he is as an OC

If some dude walked into the alley you give "massages" in and offered you a desk trading stocks for 800k a year you'd know your bad at it but you'd fake it till they kick you to the curb
