...then 30 minutes after the Apple Cup, Jen Cohen and Jimmy Lake would both be fired. And we start over.

Look into hiring both these guys. Let them come in together. Two guys that have shown they can succeed at their respective positions.

    The day Jimmy and Jen handed the North Championship to Oregon is the day both should have been fired. The kids saw it based on the transfer portal activity, recruits see it. Jimmy is a classic pretender!!

    Agree entirely.

    We panic elevated Lake to co-DC because other schools were talking to him and then we panic made him HC for the same reason.

    We also made a fund raiser AD because - well why not? She's a woman and that's kind of cool.

    When she said one of the reasons she hired Hop was because he suddenly, in the middle of the interview, jumped to the ground and started doing pushups I knew we were in trouble.

    These should be CEOs of multi million dollar operations not "cute" high school cheer boys.
