One of, if not my favorite all time rockers is Eric Clapton. He's always been outspoken against evil, oppression and tyranny. I would love to shake this man's hand and thank him.
What did he say about minorities that was controversial? I could GTS but don't want to help their algorithms in light of his recent stand agaisnt the man.

I read his autobiography a while ago; Clapton really comes across as a looser and a bad human being. I found myself with a bad taste in my mouth. Having said that, I've had his Crossroads collection for like, 30 years. It's an awesome collection of his music, some really good shit.
The Allman Brothers collection is really good too. If you like guitar, these 2 are a must.
Clapton's biggest knock is his comments about blacks and minorities.
That and he left the window open for his kid to plummet to his death.
Not saying that means his stance against vaxx/masking isn't correct. Don't twist.
I read he made those comments in the mid 70s will high as a kite. He is now sober and backed away from the mistake he made. That's what I read at least.
