Turned down multiple Basketball offers and UCLA to play at UW. I believe one of two redshirt Freshman to play on the 91 team ( Louis Jones the other) meaning he was good. James didn’t play freshman remembertheknowledge said:

Also, I thought Kevin King was one of the worst players I had ever seen playing safety under Sark. Then he ended up as an early second round pick at corner. Turns out coaching matters.
