Cuog Center:Expanding the Pac-12 just doesn’t seem to make a lot of sense

    The decision to expand the Pac-12 is not about adding in teams to make the conference more competitive but for delivering the killing blow to the Big 12.

    If the Pac-12 poaches teams, the Big 12 is going to be an AAC or Conference USA with maybe the best of the G5 schools jumping over. If the Pac-12 doesn't, the Big 12 might grab a few schools with markets across the US, like SDSU, UNLV, BYU, Cincinnati, UCF, and Memphis and be in a tier between the Pac-12 and AAC.
