You have to redistribute the B12 into the P12, B10 and ACC. Make four 16 team conferences. If the alliance has any merit at all you have to rescue the remaining power 5 schools before challenging the SEC. Even if all those schools don’t necessarily fit the model of what your member institutions looks like.
