Any tool or yardstick that doesn't explicitly take into account the color of person being measured, and doesn't reward that person if they are black and punish that person if they are Asian or white is obviously racist. That's why credit scores are racist. Mortgage acceptance rates are racist. School dropout rates are racist. None of these have anything to do with race. In the case of credit scores and mortgage acceptance rates no one even knows your race. But if black folks end up on the wrong end of these numbers then they racist. And to the left, if you even attempt to have an honest discussion about any of this then you're a racist.

It’s the same here in Oregon. Also illegal for a property owner to do criminal checks for prospective renters.
It would suck to live in an apartment or duplex now. You’d have no warning anymore to the pedo moving in next to you.
In the same breath, IPhone users will soon have their photos scanned for signs of child abuse, pornography, etc. No opt out. Doesn’t matter if it’s in the cloud or in your phone. But I’m sure they will only be scanning for that.
