Mark Emmert and the NCAA have got to be the most gutless, worthless organizations in the world. Why do they even exist? And fuck UW for being cucks and following the rules no one else is.

"Baylor admitted to moral and ethical failings in its handling of sexual and interpersonal violence on campus but argued those failings, however egregious, did not constitute violations of NCAA rules," the panel said in the release.
