For me: The Lion in Winter (Hopkins): Sid and Nancy (Oldman).
Sid and Nancy is one of those movies that I don't want to watch, can't stand to watch, yet always end up watching it when I see it on. It makes my skin crawl but I can't look away.
Good movie, overrated performance. I guess it was creative and original at the time.
Agree. Oldman pulled the wannabe role off just well enough not to be a bother IMO. He was not one of the highlight performances in that flick. There were too many others that shined:
