Returning starters don't matter under Sark. he gets 10 years to rebuild an 0-12 team. If Sark goes 7-6 with 19 returning starters, he gets a pass, because he doesn't have his oline in order because the 0-12 season scared linemen recruits away. Sark needs 4 more years to rebuild the trenches. His 14 wr's on scholarship are in place though
