Chopsticks. What a ridiculous tool for eating

I would never think of culturally appropriating another culture's method of eating food

I have never used shop sticks

Great call. Why isn’t eating with chopsticks considered cultural appropriation?

Jokes aside, the fork is a better invention and much more convenient. Any argument otherwise is stupid and incorrect.
Not all that long ago NOT using chop sticks would be racist. We were supposed to embrace other cultures. Appropriation was fine. Quite common really

I like chopsticks because it keeps me from eating my $12 teriyaki rice bowl in under a minute.
Growing up my neighbors were Japanese. They were interned by the democrat FDR, but the father was let out so he could go fight the Nazis in Italy. Nice of them. Anyway, they always had a bowl of rice with dinner and they just put the bowl to their mouth and shoveled with the chop sticks. Very fast. Love Japanese food, but I'm terrible with chop sticks.

Andrew Dice Clay says dental floss.

"Don't let them drive. You can blind fold them with dental floss for fucks sake"

Oh how I miss 80's comics. No nationality was safe.

I've been to Asia quite a few times and chopsticks and eating hygiene are a funny thing. If you try and pick up something with your hand like a chicken wing, springroll or something you get a slap on the hand or a dirty look, but at the same time somebody with used chopsticks at a family style dinner it's no problem for someone to grab some food and throw it on your plate. My only theory is there can be a big difference between western and eastern toilets.

When the white man invented the spork, eating utensil technology had peaked.

For like a 2nd grade project I made a spork that you could pull the end off and it was a knife too.
