Do you know what an indictment is? It’s a charging document. Do you know 13 counts means?

What his conditions for release or bail pending the outcome of the case is a different matter. Is he a danger to the community or at a high risk to flee?

He will be put on administrative leave, prosecuted and given his day in court and ultimately fired, as he should be.
