Ethereum and Cardano are the safe play long term investments and most of my money in Crypto is HODLd there
Someone explain Cardano to me
It’s ETH but a lot more organized, better tech, and better plan. It’s just a lot younger. I sold off to juice my AMC play. Will put 10k+ once im done with AMC. #CryptoForDummies.

The thing I don't get with crypto is that there is always going to be something with better tech etc.
It seems to me the issue is eventually some will stick and gain mainstream traction (paying for retail and Amazon purchases) and at that point the "loser" cryptos will get fucked

Fair. I like ADA because it’s by the far the most organized (run like a company), has the best team, and the best integration plan.

I would put an equal share in both. I always like to hedge. Good chance they both do well.

This is exactly right. I'm trying to target crypto that has a large usage utilization. The ones I like are Ethereum, Cardano, Matic/Polygon, ChainLink, Stellar, and Polkadot. There are others, but they aren't supported on Coinbase (yet).
I have no problem trading litecoin and Doge on Robinhood, but I don't like them as long holds. Safemoon, Shiba Inu, and some of the others, I'm avoiding like the plague.
Youtube has some really good channels to watch to learn more about crypto and bout their charts. One guy I really like is Jordan Camirand.

HODL coins are obviously the safer bet, but I don’t think the meme coin is completely over. I don’t know shit but the internet and celebrity is powerful.

Meme coins are great if you get in early. Unfortunately, Safemoon, Doge, and Shiba Inu are past that point.
