Her thoughts about attending college at Colombia University:

My four years (at Colombia) were complete madness. I became very pessimistic about western world. The economics professor told us if the teachings triggered us we didn't need to come to class.

Professors went over which pronouns they wanted to be referred by

Woman professor chastised her for letting a male student open a door for her. Prof told her you're empowering men to overpower you.

I risked my life to get to this country, and then in those four years at Colombia I retrained myself to censor myself all over again. I wondered is there anyplace on this earth that is free?
