People who like fiends don’t “get” Seinfeld.

Seinfeld is my favorite sitcom. Friends is second.
Friends shouldn’t be on your list. Curb Your enthusiasm should be first.

But you might have had a girlfriend in the 90s that clouded your view. What a mind numbing shallow show.

Curb is hilarious. It's in my top 10. But it's pretty much just Larry David carrying all the humor in the show. Whereas in Seinfeld there's several cast members that constantly deliver.
    Disagree. Bigly.
Seinfeld and Curb are two of my favorite TV shows. I'm splitting hairs on why I slightly prefer one over the other. Sorry my list isn't exactly the same as yours. I'll try and work on that.
You would always be first and right, and get to tell people all about it. Really is the only way to live.

I have never watched Curb or Seinfeld, the wife and kids watched Friends so I know who is in it and dialogue has sunk in. The Ross dude when featured caused me to leave the room. Would glance at the TV hoping to see cleavage or some kind of tit action is all. Pervert TV is what I like

Friends overall was a crappy sitcom with a couple of hot chicks. I have watched plenty of episodes b/c the gf/wife had the controller. Very rarely would it make me crack a smile. One liner after one liner.

The studio is always cold though forcing the women on the cast to nip out as bras were not as padded back then. Little fun fact.

You can't ever give up the controller. You just can't.

Man up. Don't ever let that shit happen again.

Friends has the worst laugh track that I've ever heard. Once I noticed it, the show was impossible to watch.

I also think "Married With Children" is very underrated. Al Bundy is in my top 10 of greatest sitcom characters of all time.

Disagree on Larry David carrying all the humor. Stewart Einstein, Jeff Garlin, JB Smoove, Richard Kind....I could go on.

It's always a blast when 6 dead people get together for a reunion.

JFC. Friends was the favorite of those who had a shiity sense of humor. Surface level laugh track stupidity.

Friends was a nice show. Not absolute must see but solid. Chandler and Joey were a great team and pretty funny characters. Never bought into Ross and Rachel - hot rich chicks don’t hook up with schleppy academic types. Phoebe could DIAFF and the show wouldn’t have suffered. Wood Monica. So wood early Monica.

Cheers, MASH, All In The Family, Seinfeld, early Office - all must see stuff. Life went on missing Friends.

My kids watch Friends religiously but their brains aren’t fully developed.

British Office w/Gervais, rather easily. 34-17?

You could start a boys band today and it would be huge

In the same sense that the Dwags played in front of a live crowd at Husky Stadium in 2020, sure. I think for a real crowd of people to laugh in the exact same way for the exact same length of time with the exact same two or three people trailing off a little longer 957 times in 22 minutes is monkeys typing Shakespeare levels of coincidence.
