I'm hearing Kim GrinoldsFS has some concerns. The stud, 5 stars Sark recruited aren't real big on Pete's oppressive commitment to discipline and attention to detail. Lots of players are going to leave.
Pete is in over his head. Can't handle all these kids with edge. Just isn't used to managing all this talent.not saying the culture shift is bad, don't twist it, he just wihes Sark would come back.
Also, he thinks Pete is going to stop recruiting black kids from the inner city. He's Gibbs focus on white country boys with good grades.

If there's a stat you can use to prove that a coach is great at putting his athletes in places to beat inferior athletes, this is the stat. Sark was great when he could out-athlete you. Terrible when he had to think about more than blow off of a Joey's waitress' ass.
During the 2010 season, Boise State had 16 guys with charges on their records (That was 4th in the country)... But, yeah, Petersen won't recruit "edgy" players. What the fuck does that even mean. FUCK.

One thing that kills a program is having kids leave the program early so that you're always young ...
One way you can try to limit the exposure you have as a coach (and you'll always have some of it) is by trying to get guys that have the best chance to be successful in your system.
But then again, Kim sensationalizes reality.

When his teams get behind they quit and Sark starts to panic.

Guy is the perfect Sark player as I've said before. All hype, total pussy and racks up stats against shit tier opponents and disappears in big games.

I'll say it, if you care about winning, it's better. If you as a player care about the NFL, it's better.
I as a diehard Husky fan want nothing more than to return to winning and playing disciplined football. Disciplined football maximizes your team's talent. Just a fact. If a few guys quit because they don't get it or don't want to do the work, let them go. You weren't going to win with them.
