If it's blacks shooting other blacks, it's a non-story that gets little if any coverage. The media and the Rat party's position on blacks shooting other blacks is the same as Don Zaluchi's position on selling blacks drugs.
Same holds true for blacks and Hispanics shooting each other.
If it's a Muslim killing a Jew, it's the Israelis mistreatment of the Palestinians that's to blame and how we need to be concerned about both anti-Semitism and Islamophobia . Fear of the backlash against Muslims is greater than the actual attack by Muslims.
Anti-Semitism only gets first billing when they are killed by white bigots. Any other time they have to share the blame with whatever group was attacking them.
