It’s really funny how you guys dance around the housing market not crashing because we pumped money into the economy.

You’re literally arguing that you wish the housing market crashed so lumber would be cheaper. Big dumb.

    Its going to crash
What happens to home sales when mortgage rates aren't 3% but 6%, 9% ...?

1 - nobody has argued that 'literally'.

    2 - supply/demand drives current prices.

    3 - fuck off.

I'm hearing that inflation is only 2.4% and this is a blip that subsides by September.

Inflation was 11% year over year at April 30 if measured using the 1980 inflation metrics. As usual (unemployment rate) the government decided to change the inflation basket to minimize inflation statistics.

You thing a dem politician which is owned the Teacher unions wants economics 101 taught in an American class room by a free market capitalist? You think they want an honest discussion of wage and price controls, rent control, the minimum wage and the impact of importing millions of legal and illegal aliens with little job skills on the wages of American citizens? They love to teach "global warming caused my America" to the kids. Just don't do it supported by any math, science or economics. Just use slogans and treat any counter evidence using math, science and economics as a conspiracy theory. That's the new Scientific Method.

I'm not a fiscal conservative, but printing trillions and shutting down the economy was stupid, and not in hindsight. It was stupid a year ago. What good is going to come out of it? Lockdowns didn't work. Nothing horrendous happened in the red states who opened up earlier. Dumb sheep who believed all the lamestream media and continue to nag and shame can DIAFF

    They probably will.

Demand not meeting supply because of labor shortages, even while UE still hovers above 6% while government checks flow like wine to miserable layabouts like yourself?

You figure it the fuck out.
