I sat next to Bob Rob in first class returning from SFO to Seattle after he just finished calling the Cal game 20? years ago. He’d flown in that morning, was on the air for 4-5 hours and was flying home same day. He had more energy and enthusiasm than anyone I've ever met. A legendary storyteller, I’m not sure he took a breath the entire flight home. What a great man.

He hates UW so much that he immediately started talking massive shit in 2013 off of a deplorable AC win the year before.
That Apple Cup in 2013, I mean I'm a younger doog, but I've never seen so many cuoglets out in full force. They really wanted poop island and thought it was theirs. Was nothing like the 2017 AC where they hardly showed, even though the division was at stake for them.
The resulting 7 beat downs, I'm happy Jim had to sit and watch all of it. Especially the meme of him made in 2019. -
