This came about when the Dept of Justice dropped the lawsuti against Harvard and Asian-Americans were pissed off. Within three days, suddenly there were all these headlines about Asian hate crimes. The left did not want the group they label as "Asians" to unify with whites, so this is all a means to keep people divided.

Can we use this new law to go after the very real systemic racism against Asians by Colleges and Universities? All the Ivies as well as plenty of schools like Stanford and Duke have huge $$$$ endowments which aren't taxed. Might be time to put some skin in the game for the very same institutions who have foisted bullshit like CRT and "white privilege" on the entire country.
