Here in Western Oregon, where multiple carriers have recently rolled out 5G, we have hardly any bugs and black cats are turning red. Like all of them.

5G is using spectrum that is repurposed from satellite applications and existing RAN networks, not new frequencies.
Think about how big your phones used to be and how fast the battery died 10 years ago. That power was all used for uplink/downlink radio transmissions next to your head. Now think about your 1000w vacuum or electric car and how much electromagnetic energy that’s throwing around. Even a high end wifi router is blasting your house nonstop with a couple hundred watts of 5Ghz and they have little to no regulation. 5G is 1/10 the power Gb transmission of previous technology.
Whatever OBK thinks 5G is doing exists with 4G, small cells, indoor networks, all the stuff he thinks is a potential weapon. Why wait for 5G rollout to do it?

A study on how 5g waves can create the symptoms of "Covid 19":
