Why are so many places so eager to break from their countries? Seems like a bad idea to me.

But these guysm aren’t like India breaking free from colonial rule. I don’t see the benefit. Losing your currency, many of your military resources, etc. seems risky.

If Cali leaves, then we? simply meter Hoover Dam. But they’re used to paying twice for basic services. So win, and who cares if Cali wins or loses.
