I share all these concerns, but let's not say that the west has done nothing. Our Navy continues to patrol the South China Sea. We held a meeting with Taiwan last week despite the angry protests from the CCP. Maybe we were pressuring Taiwan to surrender, but I'm not willing to assume that yet.

China's only real ally is Pakistan. Nobody else from South Korea to Australia can stand them.

Yes, but doesn't really matter in that region. The only country that can balance their threat is India. China's population dwarfs all of those other countries and their military capabilities are beyond what those other countries have. Also, I think Russia is going to do something with China during the Biden administration.
