Not sure why Noem doesn’t simply call out the SD National Guard as a power play, issue an executive order and shoot off the fireworks anyway.

DeSantis is running circles around the rest of the field. Noem is already cooked. She can angle for a cabinet position or try to run for the Senate but she played herself out of the Presidential politics game.
