He just looks like one now, for giving people rights he has no power to take away or bestow in the first place. Washington DC will attempt to force it federally on all states, and the sheep will clamor for it because they are stupid ignorant sheep, and it will be required to travel outside the United States.

The NWO Covid fascists in governments, particularly in Western nations like the US, hide behind private corporations to enforce the tyranny and the agendas, this has been their strategy all along.

the Beast System in the United States. The "Federal Government" of the
United States in Washington DC (The USA Corporation of London) has
been decapitated, but that won't stop them from pretending that they
still have authority to force things like "Vaccination Passports" on the
states, where they have no jurisdiction. They will attempt this approach,
but it will also be attempted at the State level.
Some of the more fascist states on the west and east coasts of the USA
will implement "Vaccine Passports" and require them to enter these states,
which will compel visitors and those who have family in said states to get
stabbed and get their papers in order to be able to enter and leave these
Nazi occupied territories, as well as be able to transit through other states
with similar requirements.
The Judicial System in the USA is thoroughly corrupted and compromised.
When enough states have decided to implement "Vax" passports, the Vatican
controlled supreme court (SCROTUM) will probably formalize and 'legalize'
the ability of private corporations and businesses to require proof of
"vaccination." Because they follow the trends, like they have with so many
other issues of the day.
It will start like this:
First they will ban you from "work, travel and play." It will progress from
there, to banning you from grocery stores, if you don't have proof of
'vaccination.' Something like this perhaps:
You may not believe in God or Satan, but the Cabal does. They are not
atheists. Lucifer is their god. The bad guys use the Bible as their
blueprint, but invert it. Their intention is to bring about the Antichrist,
Beast System foretold in Revelation. They believe they will help Satan
defeat God. They really think they can win.
This doesn't necessarily mean that the "Queen" is in charge of or will
summon the Beasts of Revelation (the beasts may be actual monsters,
or they may be something else entirely). It does show the Cabal's
awareness and promotion of the Beast System Agenda.
Their goal is to normalize Satanism, cannibalism, vampirism, pedophilia,
and all of the other practices that make them the beasts that they are.
Hitherto they had adopted a centuries/decades long approach of
normalization of their system, but have sped everything up exponentially
in recent years.
Yes, they really are evil and brazen enough to stamp the number 666 on
your hand or your forehead in order for you to be able to buy or sell, when
they accrue enough power and control to where they can no longer be
stopped by mortals.
