Simultaneously seeing sitting President Trump as the great-and-powerful and as a hapless victim, is a level of MAGAtardation I cannot get my head around.

Agree. And similar to the msnbc view that he's a ruthless facist and a feckless retard.
The “media” is more propaganda driven than at any point I can ever recall ... it’s sad

It’s not really that controversial to me to say that that presence largely hurt Trump

That said Trump hurt himself in a number of ways that distracted from the successes he could point to

    Both angles can be true
I only have a quibble with the 'facist' part. That word was drilled into everyone and I still can't see any evidence that actually happened. Didn't see any journalists or foes jailed or disappeared.
Fear mongering at all time levels

    Yes they do

Trump has no one to blame but himself for losing to Biden

Biden’s administration is going to overstep so much that there will likely be reckonings for that in 2022/2024 ... that’s also why there is such an urgency to get all of this passed now to try to insulate the impact as much as possible

The path forward is pretty obvious
The path forward was to vote for the candidate with the best policies. That was Trump. The path forward is not feelz. It is hard policies that have consequences. Voting for a dementia patient that was bought and paid for by the chicoms isn't.
    I don’t disagree

But I think we all know that there are a lot of people out there that can’t get out of the way of their feelings
So why didn't you vote for Trump? Honest question, pretty sure I'll hate your answer.
This assumption that I voted for Biden is wild

I thought the BO admin was the most corrupt but in short fashion that idiot biden has shown BO was a pup.
Biden is not running things, he's completely gone. This is BO's third term, which is why it looks like the first two on steroids.
Imagine losing to a guy like that though.
In today's media, it wouldn't matter if it was Trump or the Gipper. Useful idiots like you would still love to lie and be lied to. You're part of the crowd that loves government and the tryanny against privatization and liberty. That crowd represents roughly 50% of the population and won't understand why the expansion of social welfare, higher taxes and hundreds of trillions in unfunded liabilities for government employees will ultimately lead to chains for you or some generation to come after you. Your ignorance and or your greed will eventually betray you as history has proven will happen again.
    Bingo

Showtime’s series on Reagan really drew my ire when they spent a decent amount of effort linking Reagan and Trump as effectively being the same

Its not going to matter by 2024 but keep telling yourself that

    You fucked up bigly bro
    How did I fuck up?

Can’t wait to hear this one
    You know the answer

Yep ... you’re completely unfounded opinion that I voted for Biden with exactly ZERO proof that I did other than for you to say that I did so

    Missing the point

The connection they were trying to drive wasn’t in terms of policy or performance ... it was the attempt to cancel Reagan

It was 1000% a smear hatchet job

I don’t need to spout on some message board who I voted for for some kind of validation ... that’s fucking stupid

Anybody that knows me knows who I voted for

What’s the best evidence that you have for thinking I voted for Biden? Saying that suburban women couldn’t hold their nose and vote for Trump? That the reason I say that is because I keep my mouth shut and listen when others talk? That I observe what’s around me?

The fact that enough of you don’t know who I voted for tells me that I do a fairly good job of being objective and not allowing partisan viewpoints cloud my judgment.

Sounds like some awkward sexual tension in this thread.
