Not sure if you've ever dealt with Toronto attorneys but those guys are flaming faggot arrogant fucksticks. In the midst of ironing out language and midstream those faggots start sending back PDF versions of the docs.

Who the fuck does that? Send a word verison/redline tracked for christ sake. If it's between attorneys, make it as easy as possible. Instead these arrogant pricks switch to encrypted PDFs/redline versions and start cc:ing every fucking person they can find an email address within our company.

Dealt with a very smart lawyer in SF with MoFo who played the redline game: sending tracked changes draft but not all changes marked.
