Delta was my customer for three years. Ran about $40M yearly with them so I had access to some of the inner workings of the company. Also worked a bunch with the legal groups since we ran different contracts thru them almost weekly. When Delta first made their announcement, my first thought was they knew exactly what was in it and were fine with it.
