Let them start at the small school then. DL recruiting is the most competitive and most challenging out of all the positions because the supply is limited. So naturally, we hire an analyst who has never recruited or led a position group. His resume was being a grad assistant with Florida Atlantic for two years and being a defensive analyst for us for two years.UDubHusky23 said:

its the entire staff minus huff and malloe..... ive given up on recruiting as long as Lake is head coach. Literally nothing about recruiting has any sign of life...sonics1993 said:

But you hit the nail on the head w/ the list of our recruiters who can't or aren't ready yet. Add in KB who I think is par at best, Junior who's groups on field results are at a show me point and that's 80% of your staff who's effectiveness is limited.
If you have SC's/Oregon's/even ASU's staff, having a Kato or Rip, Brown, can be mitigated as the overall group is strong enough to buffer, weather, nuture, teach, help, pick up the slack, etc, but Jimmy has put together a staff who isn't even close enough to do that.
