    From the article:

    - San Diego School District is returning to in class instruction in twelve days (after the Easter Holiday and Spring Breaks, presumably)

    - San Diego has a surge of thousands of kids that will be impacting the entire district, in twelve days.

    - San Diego Teachers are volunteering their free time, outside of the current school day which they are being paid, to engage the onslaught of New Students ahead of tim, in an effort to soften the impact.

Is there more? What am I missing?

School, if you’re the child of a tax paying citizen.

Not true. School is in session currently. In twelve days it transitions.

Debating what Should have happened is meaningless at this point.

Yeah, what good is there to be gained from discussing how fucked up and political this thing always was. Let's talk about the all the "progress" that's been made now with the partial opening of the schools in two weeks. Never mind that Florida schools have been fully open since last year.

Florida schools opening successfully put pressure on California to open in 12 days for in person instruction.

Similar to school districts in WA opening which in turn put pressure on King Country schools.

    You can’t see this?
