Yep I read this a couple months back. Pretty clear he's not a great dude to work for.

His advice is still pretty sound though.

I think his advice is pretty solid, though he certainly does want to sell folks an awful lot of shit. And this kind of overbearing raises a lot of questions about who would choose to work for him.

One thing is almost a given certainty: within five years, there are going to be stories about Dave getting caught with the dog. Or paying the pool boy to screw his wife while he watches. Or pictures with the nastiest prostitute you've ever seen. Or three wives. Or diddling. Or some bad shit.

Paper hangars all hang different paper, but they, the rabid few, almost always have one thing in common: rules for thee but not for me. And that crosses all political lines and schools of thought. The louder you are, the more fucked up you are likely to be behind closed doors.
