    Fight the fuck on Tucker!

The Biden administration is literally asking the Supreme Court to legalize cops entering and searching homes without a warrant and confiscating assault weapons if found.

Instead of mocking him you should be grateful that someone prominent is speaking up.

I was complimenting his tie selection. Wasn’t mocking him in the least.

They need state support. Move to Idaho. They’re going to cooperate with searches like California did with immigration.

What are you going to do when Biden wins the case and nothing happens? When they don’t start seizing all the guns because that case isn’t actually about that?

Don’t answer, I already know it’ll be the same shit you’ve done for the last 13 years, move on to the next manufactured conspiracy theory.

That's a bit of an overstatement. It's not confiscation "if found", it allows a very narrow use of confiscation if police invoke "community caretaking" during an arrest. Naturally this almost never happens (hence this case itself finally being heard by the courts because of a single instance of it being used).

It's still shit policy and a clear infringement on civil liberties, so I'll be right here yelling with you if SCOTUS somehow rules in Biden's favor.

Ah the usual commie it ain't that bad shtick. It's bad. Community care taking normally is about property that could be stolen or lost. It's what is done when one impounds a car. It's searched so the property can be listed on the impound report and documented. The police don't take the property to the station and book it in. It's documented so if it disappears while the tow service has custody there is legal recourse. Taking property for the same reason from a private residence is not the same thing. Every time you leave your home should the police come take all your property to the station? Ridiculous. If he ain't diagnosed crazy he ain't crazy leave him the fuck alone!

Great, glad we agree that SCOTUS should strike this down. Your consistent commitment to restraint of police powers that is in no way influenced by your partisan politics is also noted.

Dumb ass I was a cop. You never ever give the state the power you want to bestow comrade. The funny thing is they'll execute you first.
