It sure is. I can't believe the prices. New construction by one of the bigger builders is $403.00 a square foot too!

Was just in Post Falls at a contractors office. Dozens of files on jobs in progress and pending.

If you can swing a hammer, you’re making big cheese in Idaho these days.

Can't wait for all the newcomers to vote for leftists like back home

Yeah, the first signs will have something to do with restricting certain types of hunting or requiring more energy consumed in the state come from solar and wind. Who opposes a clean environment and being nice to animals? We should all be able to get behind that. And of course, all of you white racists, how can you oppose more diversity in our public office holders and businesses? Don't you want to have an Idaho that reflects American values?

And can't we raise taxes just a little? It's for the children or for Firefighters and police.

Just sold a house in Cd'A for 25% more than I thought it should.
    53% gain in 14 months.
    This isn't sustainable.

Cali isn't sustainable, lot of money and people fleeing and Cd'A isn't that big. Still probably a lot cheaper than Tahoe or Vail or Aspen. True?

Yes, a state law banning the enforcement of federal law is a sure winner.

Newsflash - real estate just about everywhere is on fire. Nobody is moving to Olympia to escape the lefties. But enjoy your jerkoff party anyway.

Sounds like the feds have been impotent. Probably weak leadership in the White House.

If they talk about it, they’ll end up in the Harrison Slough.
