Trump appointee that wrote the opinion. At least that’s what I read on Twitter. Truthy enough.
Good thing he has two judges on SCOTUS then

I'd require proof on the 9th. Its a favorite liberal trick to say that although believable because the GOP always gets tricked
Better to have had the Senate too.

On the one hand I abhor the idea of this dolt changing Constitutional Rights (can you make an EO that attacks my civil rights? - is that even legal?) by pen stroke. On the other hand perhaps this does signal Manchin isn't going to play along, which is a good thing.

In either case, fuck off Joe.

As we've discussed many a time, eventually the issue of the legality of owning "scary looking" auto-loading rifles is going to have to be decided on by The SCOTUS. What better time to get it on in court once and for all when Team 2A has 5 or 6 slam dunk votes?

Why not get it over with now?
My only fear, as we have discussed, is that the court decides not to hear the case, then whatever dumb shit thing the lower court says is settled law.

The right deserves to lose everything for being "pro-life"

The only thing dumber than that is open borders.

Roberts pussied out in fear of being overrun with regards to election fraud.

Dude better have a bunker built if they allow lower court adverse rulings on 2A matters to stand.

Had dinner last night was a cat who is plugged fucking into the DC/money/conservative crowd - he laughed hysterically when conversation turned to gun control and confiscation of guns.

Dana Carvey/George Bush voice: Nah gun happen.
