Here's a helpful primer - Pompeo didn't do shit either, China effectively reannexed Hong Kong and began a coordinated genocide under his watch. Thinking that a bunch of tough posturing and sound bites mean jack shit when China is busy building networks across the entire world in their ongoing quest for dominance is fucking laughable.
