Mullis was probably silenced a la David Ferrie. But his point about bureaucrat doctors who haven't practiced traditional medicine for decades is spot on. They are acting like data scientists, not treating doctors and that's why we hear and see what we do from Fauci.

It's our own fucking fault for treating him with the same level of respect as treating docs seeing real, actual humans.

Fauci's an out-of-touch, biased Academic, at best. And it's our own stupid countrymen and women who made him a hero.

just like I did before quitting my job, Fauci has become a dinosaur that people think his experience is valuable.

    Know when to fold 'em,
    Know when to walk away

I liked how the MSM portrayed arrests in Florida surrounding spring break as some kind of COVID lockdown violation.

In fact, there are 100 arrested damned near every day in Daytona during spring break.

It's called going on spring break.

Untrue. Declarations of his fraudulence from people who are not public health or infectious disease professionals are head scratchers. This bored loves its anecdotal evidence, however.

It's not Fauci's "fraudulence" that wrecked him. It was his arrogance, his deliberate lies, his waffling, and his "we got this" attitude while people were dying and the disease was spreading. And that's not the worst of it. The worst of it was his pandering to the public, his touting the overblown dangers of therapeutic drugs already on the market for decades, based on studies later retracted or discredited, and his behind the scenes ridiculing attempted discrediting of his detractors, feeding the press bullshit and attempting to ruin the careers of many doctors by having the FDA stall the process of approving off-label drugs, forcing those doctors to watch people die or illegally prescribe what should've been legal and harmless drugs showing good results in many places, risking state criminal charges and the loss of their medical licenses.

Fuck Fauci eternally and repeatedly up the ass with a rusty conical cheese grater for that bullshit.

If you don’t have the evidence you need you are incapable of thinking for yourself

    Which does describe you

Washington Post loves them some anecdotal evidence too, amirite?

But back to Fauci, since you think there's no *evidence* that he's a fraud:

He sounds like one when he's answered these questions:

    Should we wear masks?
How many masks should we wear?
Can people who are vaccinated meet with each other?
How many feet is OK for social distancing? 3 feet or 6 feet?

I guess if that's not enough evidence for you, you do realize he's the highest paid government employee and he does have some responsibility. Orangemanbad was a bad leader, but isn't Fauci in some leadership role? I guess we'll just have to assume he's talking about someone else here:
“I believe that if you look back historically, we’ve done worse than any other country, and we’re a highly developed, rich country,”

Fauci was Top Down all the way. Hasn't put a stethoscope on a live patient in 40 years and forgot the Hippocratic Oath decades ago. Epidemiologists fight epidemics, that's his role. Saving patient lives? About as far away from Fauci's bailiwick as you can get.

I remember having a talk with my highly functioning mother when I was around 12 in regards to AIDS. She told me not to kiss any girls at the dance to avoid catching it. Public health officials including Fauci failed miserably then around actual risks of AIDS. They failed on Covid similarity. 80% of people hospitalized with Covid were fat. Not one word from Fauci on that.

If we only had a legitimate press that could ask questions instead of fellating DC bureaucrats.

Perhaps this should be placed on the Gentleman’s Bored, but, worth noting Fauci who earns @$420k/year will draw that for life when he retires.

And when he dies? My guess is, a Great grandchild has been named as successor beneficiary to his Pension.
