This thread reminds me how uncultured I am.
Probably El Morro Castle that borders San Juan, Puerto Rico.
That or the Alamo. -

I came across this thread again and realize I’ve also been inside the Vatican, was on the grounds of the coliseum and went into a few other really old places in Rome.CFetters_Nacho_Lover said:Frankenstein Castle in Germany built around 1250 AD. I visited another German castle but don’t remember which one or which city.

The only place I remember the date from was in Germany - we were playing war games I was the supply/ration guy and had a driver. It was in Grafenwehr near the Czech border (still controlled by the Russkies at the time) we were driving around the range area and saw some arches on a hillside, they were entrances into some caves and were dated 1318. That area got bombed to beat shit in WW2 so was surprised to find anything left. Was also in castles and churches in Germany that were old be can't tell you how old.

Roman Coliseum
There were about 100 cats. J would love it. -
I've also watched live jazz performances in Le Caveau de la Huchette in the Latin Quarter of Paris. During the German occupation during World War II, they outlawed jazz. So this underground lair with a history going back centuries, became a place to experience jazz clandestinely.YellowSnow said:

Oldest "structure" I can recall is probably the remnants of a foundation on Hawaii. That or some of the original stuff in Philadelphia where those unwoke white racists founded our country.
