Imagine if someone told you in December, 2019 that the one area of recruiting that Coach Jim Lake seems to be competent in is the transfer market.
We are truly mindfucked.
Also fucked.
I think this is the market to be in. Don't see it as being fucked at all
I do too, especially with guys that have actually had some success. It’s an easy way to make upgrades to the roster with less risk than a high school prospect.
Agree with DNC that high schools PSA’s need to be the backbone of the program.
Biggins says Boo Radley's commitment is indeed imminent and all signs point to UW
Jimmy finally living up to his promise of being aggressive and physical. Bookie is that in spades.
This comment just reminds me of Turner. It’s surface level Sark bullshit if you say that shit and let Turner face no consequences for being arguably the biggest pussy to start in a long time.

I feel you RD55...Jimmy hasn’t lived up to his promises. But the way I see it after watching Bookie’s highlight is that he’s a kid that probably wouldn’t have meshed well with Petersen but will probably do ok with Jimmy. Bookie is really an intense kid but he’s fearless in run support and has a chip on shoulder.
I really hope I don’t have to take my words back but I want to see a return to UW Defense strangling the life out of opposing offenses. Defense last year was still a tad too sleepy. Bookie and Eddie bring a bit of fire to the defense that we need.

They moved Dom Hampton to safety and brought in Bookie. Say to safe Asa’s spot is not safe.

This. Dom at Safety makes sense from a body type. Looking forward to seeing how well he does. If you’re Asa and Alex Cook right now last season didn’t leave a good taste in their mouth.
There isn't an obvious successor to Molden in the nickel spot, so this makes sense. I'd assume the only 2 surefire starters in the secondary for now are McDuffie and Gordon
Gordon nickel no?
Agreed. Gordon will be a killer in the slot if he gets to play there.
I'll take flagrant attempts at career ending personal fouls over whatever the fuck kind of flag football shit Asa brings to the table. I can already envision countless posts of "fuck you Bookie" in future game threads, but at least it'll be a thrill.

You want the physicality and desire to go knock someone on their ass ... in the run of play
Too often though he does dumb shit like this that hands out an easy 15 yards or gets himself ejected for being an idiot
That’s the shit he needs to clean up in his game to not only be successful at UW but also in the NFL ... just learn how to walk that line
