This just went PENDING in 3 days. Not Pending Inspection, PENDING. For the laymen, this means someone, or more than one if multiple offers, wanted it off the market NOW.

You can all but guarantee it's a cash deal (or waived any financing with a large non-refundable EM).

    Does it come with the hot Cuog coed daughter with daddy issues?

    For $9Million there should be some 'visitation' rights and prescribed 'maintenance plan'.

    Interesting. High end is my hobby so I follow it. Its overbuilt in the LA market. What moves fast is 1-2 million out of town where that still buys you something. I'm seeing high end get price cuts in the millions. But it really is a glut

    Not the case in the West Bellevue market. I could sell 5 of these in the next month.

    Sadly, the product doesn't exist.

    I thank God every day that I'm able to live wherever I wish.
    Unfortunately, I see a bunch of folks voluntarily entering into enslavement. Because of the house, their enjoyment of life will be greatly hindered.

    I could have kept my wife happy in King County with that house IF we got a credit for new countertops.

    Anybody who needs that house to be happy isn't ever really going to be happy.

    I myself like to travel lightly. The house in Chelan will have some amenities, but you can bet your ass a bowling alley and a pickleball court won't be among them.
