It really doesn't matter if they did it or not. As long as charges haven't been filed, that means the PoPo don't have a case (obviously). What probably happened was this drunken douchefag 12 saw Miles wearing a Bronco jersey and the cunt probably started berating him b/c that's what fucktard 12s do. Also, there's nothing on Robert Upshaw in this report as the rumors stated, so I guess he showed up when the victim was giving his report to the officer and he punched him and left.
