Seriously, the vaccine keeps people from getting the virus. And even if you do get the virus is greatly reduces how sick you get. If you can't get it you can't transmit it. After you've been vaccinated there is no reason to go around wearing a mask and congregating in restaurants and bars. Fuck Fauci.

It's not even going to take that long. If you want the vaccine there should be no reason that by May you shouldn't be able to get it. The only people who won't be vaccinated by the start of summer are people who don't want it which is there choice but we're not doing another summer like last summer.

went to lunch at Chester's Club in South Bend today. Met some friends who have gotten their first shot and on Tuesday get their second shot.

I asked if they are now immune to the Vid, "no, but we will not be symptomatic and will not pass the virus on".

I retorted "Only 4.5% of the state has been infected, and those numbers are speculation at best, and only 0.5 % die - so why go through those shots?"

Basically that was the end of the discussion. The owner of CC is strict about the masks, my wife and I did not wear one. The owner left to go cook the books so all was OK. Our server Kim was happier than hell to have the place open again. Best oysters in town. always.

My friends wore their masks after eating. I did shitty at pool today. been a year since I played
