The US Government and all related institutions should be Public Enemy #1 for you. Worry about them before worrying about global enemies. But in an instance where you need to use the codes (and maybe the issue is whether or not nukes should be used period) and using them is in a time sensitive manner ... do we really want the use of the codes to get locked up in bureaucracy given that we have a government that can’t agree on anything to begin with? -
