My brain says Departed, but my heart votes Borat. Doubtful that another film has fully entered my daily lexicon like Borat. I think the first time I had a beer with @PurpleBaze I spoke only in Borat voice.

That's really what we are voting on here, the concept (which is coming true) and the first 15 minutes of the movie. The rest is just typical dick and fart joke stuff. But the concept is an all timer.
