We never needed $2T. The fact that we're almost at the one year mark of the first stimulus payments and still can't figure out how to actually target those most impacted by covid and the shutdown is governance malpractice at its finest. We could fully make whole those who actually need to be made whole at a fraction of the cost if we didn't dole out 90% of the funds to people who don't need the handout.
